It's that time of year again, PanelPicker® is coming! If you are interested in participating at SXSWedu 2018 by speaking on the program, leading a workshop or organizing a session, start working on your ideas now because the PanelPicker programming proposal process will start Monday, June 26 through Friday, July 21.

How It All Works

PanelPicker is the two-step online process that allows the community to have a significant voice in programming SXSWedu conference activities (panels, talks, meet ups, etc.). The user-generated proposal platform operates in two phases:

STEP 1 encourages the community to enter proposals for daytime conference programming.

STEP 2 allows the community to browse all of these ideas, leave comments and vote for which ones they think are the best fit.

More Info Coming Soon

In the coming weeks, we'll share additional information including helpful tips, step-by-step guides, frequently asked questions and answers and more. Additionally, SXSWedu staff will visit several U.S. cities to host PanelPicker Meet Ups.
