Annie Clark, Executive Director of End Rape on Campus along with Texas State Representatives John Zerwas and Donna Howard, discussed the current status of sexual assault on campus and how we can be proactive instead of reactive. With a variety of laws and policies out there on the state and federal level, it is necessary for universities to be accountable for what happens on their campuses. Clark, Zerwas and Howard come together to bring this conversation to the forefront.
