How to Watch SXSW EDU 2022 Online Programming

SXSW EDU 2022 is hybrid! ?

Hybrid means that this year's event brings together everything you loved about both in-person and online experiences.

What's more -- all registrants whether in-person or online will have access to livestream and on-demand content hosted in the SXSW EDU schedule and SXSW EDU TV app!

Online programming includes keynotes, featured sessions, performances, films, competitions, along with 60+ talks and Future20s.

So, let's dive in!

Getting Started

After your credential has been purchased, you will receive a registration confirmation email. You can access your link code in that email or in your Shopping Cart’s “Purchase History.” For more information, browse the Registration FAQ.

Sign into your SXSW ID account at id.sxsw.com and then paste your link code. Now you’re ready to access registrant-only features such as Chat as well as SXSW EDU Online content in March.

SXSW EDU Schedule

Sign in to the SXSW EDU schedule using your SXSW ID.

Both online and in-person attendees can utilize the schedule to make their plans. Sessions that will be either livestreamed or recorded to view on-demand will have the "ONLINE" icon in the schedule listing.

Or you can select, SXSW EDU Online Events in the schedule's navigation menu to browse all content available for either livestream or on-demand.

SXSW EDU 2022 online content will appear in the schedule listing throughout the event at the scheduled start times for livestreams or the day after the event for video-on-demand.

SXSW EDU TV

Enjoy a premium viewing experience with streaming available via the SXSW EDU TV app.

The SXSW EDU Connected TV app is available for Apple TV, Roku®, Fire TV, Android TV, IOS (with airplay), and Android Mobile (with Chromecast). Search for ‘SXSW EDU’ in your favorite app store.

Log in using your SXSW account email to gain access to all of the SXSW EDU online content as it becomes available during the event. Your login is the email you used to purchase your badge and that you previously linked at id.sxsw.com.

Start watching the SXSW EDU Flashback playlist now, which includes highlights and popular sessions from the past few years.

SXSW EDU 2022 online content will appear throughout the event at the scheduled start times for livestreams or the day after the event for video-on-demand.
