Announcing Free SXSW EDU Professional Development Courses in Partnership with Kahoot!

This is quiz-tory in the making… We are thrilled to announce that professional development is now available through a first-of-its-kind partnership with Kahoot!

Earn professional development from SXSW EDU 2023 Keynote and Featured sessions through five free courses. Each course is centered around interactive modules made up of videos, documents, exploratory digital activities, and more, and will provide a digital certificate for each upon completion.

• Real Talk with Two National Teachers of the Year - Recovering and learning from mistakes.
• Educating Away Hate – Challenging narratives of hate in schools and communities.
• Teaching America & Why it Matters – Redesigning education for refugees and other English language learners.
• Drag Story Hour: Fight for Queer Herstories – Igniting imagination and play in early childhood.

Dive into the Learning Journey

Kahoot! courses offer full learning journeys combining different content formats, such as kahoots, videos, documents, and exploratory digital activities for deeper learning, all while keeping the engagement high.
Through each course, participants will have the chance to explore pertinent topics in education and receive digital certificates upon completion, which can be shared on social media to show your achievement and encourage your fellow educators to join in on the learning.
