What’s Happening Today: Monday, March 4

Welcome to SXSW EDU 2024! We could not be more excited to have you in Austin and kick off day one together.

First things first, be sure to pick up your badge. Head to Registration in Exhibit Hall 1 of the Austin Convention Center from 8:00am-8:00pm and grab yours today. Remember, that you will need your badge to be granted access to any programming.

This morning, Dr. Kimberlé Crenshaw and Dr. Jonathan Cox will be taking the Keynote stage to explore the debate over Critical Race Theory (CRT) and unravel myths and misconceptions that challenge the opposition, setting a powerful tone for the week ahead. The Keynote will begin promptly at 10:00am in Ballroom D of the Austin Convention Center, or you can tune in live. You won’t want to miss this!
